Can I sell wholesale?

In order to sell wholesale we require the following:

• You must maintain a current business license certificate (or state equivalent) on file and provide a copy, with Tax ID.

• You must have a retail or functioning URL that is owned by the entity applying for the wholesale account and/or proof (e.g., a picture and physical address) of a brick and mortar store.

How do I apply for an account?

Visit our FORM TO APPLY online to signup to sell wholesale. Once approved, our team will be in touch with you to help you login and begin your first order.

What do I need to review before to begin selling?

Visit our WHOLESALE AGREEMENT TERMS page to read through our agreement terms in detail. We require all new partners to sign and agree on all the terms before to sell Boma Jewelry Wholesale.

Orders

How do I make an order?

When you are ready to make an order you can use our ORDER FORM. Simply browse our list of products and variants and add the quantities you would like to order. When you are ready to checkout, select the checkout cart icon to begin the checkout process.

What are order minimums?

Our wholesale order minimum is $300. Reorder value is $200.

Can I make a special order below the minimum order amount?

We are happy to help you with any special requests you may have however please note that there will be a service fee for this request. Contact our team at info@bomajewelrywholesale.com to request more information.

Request pre-pricing

If you would like to request pre-pricing for your oder please contact our team at info@bomajewelrywholesale.com. If our team is already familiar with your pre-pricing information, you can add the pre-pricing service (charged at 0.15 per item) to your shopping cart.

Can I see previous orders?

All orders that take place on this wholesale digital website will keep a history of your orders. After logging in, you will be able to see your previous orders on this PREVIOUS ORDERS page. If you would like to review orders that were made on our older system (before April 2022) please contact our customer service team at info@bomajewelrywholesale.com.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Order errors and/or defects must be brought to our attention within five (5) business days of receipt of shipment. We will not send a knowingly defective product to a customer. Wholesale sales are considered final with no returns. We endeavor to protect your reputation, and ours; if you or your customer finds an issue related to manufacturing defects during the first 30 days after sale, we will work with you to find a resolution.

Browsing the Catalog

How can I download the catalog?

The best way to see our entire catalog and available inventory is through our online website. Our print catalogs may include styles that are no longer in stock or have been discontinued.

I cannot find what I'm looking for.

If you would like to request a specific product that you cannot find on our online website, please email us at info@bomajewelrywholesale.com with the details of your request.

How do I search by code number?

You can search for styles in the key word seach tool using Boma's coding system. Please make sure to include a space between the letters and numbers in a full code. For example, ES 2121.

• Earring Hoops = LA

• Necklaces = N

• Bracelets = BL

Payment

What payment types do you accept?

We primarily accept payment with credit card however we also accept payment through Paypal.

Do you provide NET terms?

We provide NET 30 terms for selected accounts only that have been ordering with us for at least 12 months or more.

How do I apply for NET terms?

We require all customers who with NET terms to fill out a credit application and allow us to do a credit check. For more information contact our team at info@bomajewelrywholesale.com.

How do I checkout with NET terms?

First make sure that you are logged into your account. When checking out, click the black "Checkout" button first. This should take you to the cart page which will show a "Net Orders Checkout" black button below the "Checkout" button.
